High School Summer Camp Tadmor Pre-Registration 2025

Summer camp is coming! If you are an incoming 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grader, this camp is for you! We are heading to Camp Tadmor in Lebanon again this summer! Northside high school summer camp will be at Tadmor from Sunday, July 27th - Friday, August 1st!
 
High school summer camp at Tadmor is such an incredible way for students to grow in their faith and friendships, while also allowing a space for them to ask questions and dive deeper into their faith. High school camp also gives the students a lot more free time and freedom than most other camps. During this time, students can do any of the many activities that Tadmor offers which include but are not limited to: high ropes course, giant rope swing, paintball, play on inflatables on the lake, paddleboard, canoe, basketball, volleyball, and much more! On top of the free time, Tadmor will also be providing numerous organized games, that range from cabin building games, to massive slip n slides. Tadmor will also be providing a speaker for messages and allow for our students to spend some time in small groups within their cabin.
 
Here is a snapshot of a typical day of high school camp at Tadmor:

  • Breakfast
  • Cabin Clean Up
  • Morning Devotions
  • Morning Recreation
  • Lunch
  • Free Time (waterfront, crafts, paintball, giant swing, etc.)
  • Dinner
  • Evening Session
  • Cabin Discussion
  • Evening Activity (Night game / Fireside / Etc.)
  • Lights Out

 

As it stands right now, my wife Kaelyn will be the cabin leader for the girls cabin, and I (Blake) will be leading the boys cabin. This year we have two cabins reserved, one for boys and one for girls, each cabin has a 10 student capacity.

 

Normally at this time we would have an official registration link available to you from Tadmor, but Tadmor is in-between set up websites right now, so official registration won’t be available for a couple more months. However, I know summer plans fill up quickly, so I wanted to get some form of registration out now, which brings us to this pre-registration form. I want to make this very clear: this pre-registration form will be what saves your child's spot. It is first come first serve, starting right now. We have a limited number of spots available for summer camp. I wish I could bring more students, but cabins were very limited at Tadmor. Once you fill out this pre-registration form (assuming one of the 10 spots is still available) it will guarantee your child's spot and you will be sent the official registration link in a couple months when it’s available, and your child will be able to register for camp at that time. At this time, I am asking for a non-refundable* $50 deposit in order to secure your spot. **The only way this deposit is refundable is if someone else takes your spot if you back out.** This $50 will go towards your child's total camp registration fees, so this is not an additional charge. At this time I do not have an official number on how much camp is going to cost, as we have not done any fundraising at this time. That being said, I also believe in transparency, so I want to let you know the information that I have at this time. As it stands right now, with zero fundraising, camp will be $505/student. I am aware this is expensive, which is why we are going to be doing multiple fundraisers to try to get that number as low as we can. And as much as I want to give a number that I’m hoping to keep camp costs at, I do not want to promise anything. More information regarding fundraising will be coming soon, so I will keep you all updated once I have more information.

 

I apologize as I am aware this is a lot of information all at once. There’s a lot more details that I have regarding camp, such as packing lists, things to do at camp, and much more, but that information will be sent to parents who register at a later time. If all spots are filled, please register your student on the waitlist below, and if anyone drops out you will be next on the list to apply. We have lots of other events planned for this summer, so if you miss summer camp there will be plenty of other opportunities for your child to have fun! Excited to work with you further!
Unfortunately Camp Tadmor does not allow seniors who have graduated to participate in high school summer camp. So if you have a graduating senior, this trip will not be available to them.
